Overcoming F.O.S.H. for Hoop

The school holidays. For a child, there’s no better time of year, but for parents, it’s a logistical and financial nightmare. With thousands of activities available on the app, Hoop needed a campaign to show how it can help.

Tapping into a truism all parents can identify with, we established the concept of FOSH – Fear of the School Holidays and revealed the number of parents suffering from it. Together with author, podcaster, and mum Giovanna Fletcher, we compiled a Summer for Free guide, promoting more than three million minutes of free activities on Hoop.

With extensive coverage across the media, including Mail Online, Female First and Channel 4, the campaign resulted in more than 5,000 app downloads in launch week alone.
